How we work

 

Step 1 : Select your product and place an order

Browse through the products and select the product of your choice by clicking on "Add to Cart". Checkout the product using the checkout option and complete the order placement. 

 

Step 2 : Complete the payment

If you have selected to make the payment through Cheque / NEFT Bank Transfer, initiate the payment soon after placing the order and send us the payment confirmation details. Following details can be sent as confirmation.

Cheque / Cash Deposit : Photo of  cheque / cash deposit slip.

NEFT Bank Transfer : Screenshot of transfer acknowledgement received from Bank.

 

Step 3 : Provide Gift customization data to us as per given instructions

Send all the product customization data like photographs, personal messages to us. The details can be sent to us over email to Order Service.

 

Step 4 : Gift designing starts

We start the product design work as per your requirement. This can take 2-4 days depending on the product. All product designs are reviewed by you before final productions starts. In case of any changes or corrections, the 1st correction is done free of charge but subsequent changes are charged at a cost of Rs 200 per change.

 

Step 4: Gift is delivered to your door step

The finished products are delivered to your shipping address. It can take 24-48 hours depending upon your delivery location.
