- You can definitely call us to enquire about the gift. But an order is considered as confirmed only if you place it through the website. It is for the simple reason that we get all relevant details from you through the order form and we can track your order better. - We completely understand your concern. We use your personal data purely for the creation of the gift. After the gift is delivered to you, all your personal data (other than your contact details and account information) is deleted from our systems. - How do I make the payment?
- Currently we accept payment through Klinnk account, Paypal, NEFT Bank Transfer & Cheque deposit. For details , please refer Payment Details
- Can I come to your shop to place an order?
- We don't have a retail shop. The best way to place an order with us is through our website. We do operate from a cute little creative office in Bangalore, India. You are welcome to come and meet us personally if required.
- The product reached me in a damaged state. Can I get a refund?
- We work with reliable courier company DTDC. Once the product is in the hands of the courier company, we have no control over the delivery and hence can not take responsibility of any damages in transit. In case of any damages on arrival, please send the damaged product back and we'll send you another copy of the same product. However we do not refund the money.
- The product reached me much later than the promised delivery time. I need a refund.
- We work with reliable courier company DTDC. Once the product is in the hands of the courier company, we have no control over the delivery and hence can not take responsibility of any delays. We'll try our best to find out the reason for the delay. In our experience most of the delays happen because local regional issues or inability to locate the address. Hence we request you to provide us the detailed address with landmarks and also ensure you are available on phone.
- Can I add my own ideas to the gift?
- Yes we completely respect your creativity. You are free to discuss any ideas with us and if feasible we'll definitely incorporate it.
- I liked the gift but did not like the design. Can you change it for me?
- We can work on new designs but please do understand that creativity takes time. Hence we would need additional time to work on new designs.
- I already have an idea ready for a gift. Will you create it?
- Please discuss the idea with us. If feasible we'll definitely create it for you.
